Creating & managing listings
Understand what one purchase includes, how many purchases remain, and what you can change after publishing.
- Fixed-price listing categories
- Core categories plus enabled platform-specific categories
- Manual listing default
- 1 order available; editable before publishing
- When the last slot is used
- The listing becomes Sold
Choose how to manage listings
Use Create Listing for individual offers. Use CSV Bulk Import / Export for spreadsheet-based creation and updates. For massive inventory and automated synchronization, the Seller API remains available with separate approval.
Listing types
Approved listing sellers can create fixed-price listings for accounts, currency, top-ups, and items, plus specialized Subscriptions and Gift Cards where the selected game or platform enables them, when that category is available for the game and approved for their seller account. Boosting works differently: buyers post requests and approved boosters send offers, so boosts are not managed as fixed-price listings.
A listing can use manual delivery, where you fulfill each order, or automatic delivery, where PlayerVault releases saved delivery details after successful payment. See Automatic delivery.
PlayStation Services
Choose PlayStation and Services, then select the actual game, service type, PS4/PS5 compatibility, buyer requirements, and delivery estimate. Describe exactly what the buyer receives and set a fixed price. Save data, trophy completion, progression, farming, boosting, and custom requests use the normal listing and order flow. Only offer permitted services that comply with game and platform rules. Never request PlayerVault passwords or payment credentials.
Subscriptions and Gift Cards
These categories appear only on supported game or platform pages. Choose the configured product type and option, region, delivery mechanism, and the number of orders available. Gift Cards also require a denomination and currency.
- Use a redeemable code, gift link, automatic delivery, or another approved direct-fulfillment mechanism.
- Orders available is the number of complete codes, links, or fulfillment slots you can deliver—not the card value or subscription duration.
- Use Seller logs into buyer account only when that exact product offers the option and the seller is identity verified. The buyer shares temporary access only after payment. Secure Account Access is recommended, and private order chat or support can also be used voluntarily—never put credentials in listing text or other public content.
- Product families and duration options are managed in the platform catalog, so select only a combination shown in the listing form.
Quantity per order and orders available
These values answer different questions
Quantity per order is how many items or units the buyer receives in one purchase. Orders available is how many purchase slots remain for the listing.Quantity per order is a structured field for item listings. For accounts, currency, and top-ups, clearly state what one purchase includes in the title and description. Orders available always counts purchases, not the total number of individual units across those purchases.
Example
An item listing offers 100 gems per order and has 3 orders available. Each buyer receives 100 gems. Three purchases can be placed. After one purchase, 2 orders remain; after the third, the listing is sold and no longer available to buyers.Manual listing availability
- Use Orders available in the normal listing form to choose how many future purchases a manual listing can accept. New listings default to 1, and you can increase that number before publishing.
- Edit Orders available later to add stock, safely lower remaining availability, or restock a sold-out manual listing. Existing completed orders and active checkout reservations are not changed.
- Each checkout reservation uses one order slot. If slots remain, the listing stays active; when the final slot is used, it becomes Sold.
- Setting an Active manual listing to 0 orders available marks it Sold and removes it from purchase. A canceled or expired unpaid checkout restores exactly its own reserved slot.
- The Seller API remains optional for automation, integrations, bulk inventory management, and large catalogs. It is not required simply to set stock above 1.
Automatic-delivery availability
Each unused automatic-delivery entry is one order available. An automatic-delivery listing cannot be activated without at least one available entry. One entry is reserved for each purchase; the listing stays active while another entry remains and becomes Sold when the final entry is used.
Orders available is read-only for automatic delivery because it is calculated from those unused encrypted entries; typing a separate stock number cannot create inventory. Saving automatic-delivery details in the seller website creates one order available. Seller API integrations can provide multiple entries. Replacing automatic-delivery inventory replaces the unused entries currently saved; it does not add to them. Inventory cannot be replaced while the listing has an active order.
Listing statuses
- Draft: saved but not visible to buyers. Publish it when the details and availability are ready.
- Active: available for buyers to purchase, provided your seller account, game, category, and availability are active.
- Paused: hidden from buyers. A paused listing can be edited and reactivated when it has availability.
- Sold: its available order count reached zero. A manual listing can be edited and restocked; it returns to Active only when no other eligibility rule blocks it.
- Archived: removed from active management. An archived listing cannot currently be restored.
Editing, replenishing, and reactivating
Draft, Active, and Paused listings can be edited. A Sold manual listing can also be opened from My Listings and restocked. Enter a positive Orders available value and save; if the seller, game, category, and listing are still eligible, PlayerVault changes the inventory-driven Sold state back to Active. A delivery-method change must be saved while the listing is not Active, and delivery settings cannot be changed while an order is active.
Restocking does not override safety holds
Adding stock only reverses a Sold state caused by zero inventory. It does not override seller restrictions, moderation or policy action, disabled games or categories, invalid listing details, or other publication rules.
