PlayerVault balance
Store credit tied to your account that you can spend on any purchase β boosts, accounts, currency, or items β without paying a second service fee.
What your balance is
Your PlayerVault balance is money held in your account that you can put toward any future order. It behaves like store credit: it's yours, it doesn't expire, and you decide when to spend it.
How your balance fills up
The most common way to build a balance is a canceled or refunded order:
- When an order is canceled, the subtotal is returned to your PlayerVault balance by default β ready to spend again. (See Refunds & cancellations.)
- Any balance you don't spend simply stays in your account until you use it.
Spending your balance at checkout
On the checkout page you'll see a βUse my PlayerVault balanceβoption whenever you have credit available. The order summary updates live so you can see exactly what's covered by balance and what's left to pay:
- Balance covers the whole order. No card is needed and there's no service fee β your order is placed instantly from balance.
- Balance covers part of it. You pay the rest by card, and the service fee applies only to that card portion β never to the balance you spend.
Reused balance is never charged a fee again
Balance you spend is applied at full face value. The 5% + $0.30 service fee only ever applies to new card payment, so money you reuse from your balance is fee-free.If you start a checkout but don't finish it
If you apply balance and then leave without completing the card payment, that balance is briefly reserved for your pending order and then automatically returned to your available balanceβ you don't need to do anything, and your funds are never stuck. If a payment is declined, your reserved balance is released right away.
