CSV listing import and export
Move a spreadsheet of listings to PlayerVault, or update your existing inventory without an API integration.
Choose your listing tool
- Manual listing: best for individual offers. Use Create Listing for one offer at a time.
- CSV Bulk Import: best for tens or hundreds of spreadsheet-based listings. Available to approved listing sellers, within their approved games and categories.
- Seller API: best for massive inventory, live synchronization and automated seller systems. API access requires separate approval. Seller API help
Import steps
- Open Seller → My Listings → Bulk Import.
- Select a game/category and download its template. Open accepted attributes to see required fields and supported values.
- Fill your spreadsheet and save as UTF-8 CSV with comma separators. Use one header row. Quote cells containing commas, quotation marks or line breaks; spreadsheet CSV export does this for you.
- Upload and validate. Review CREATE, UPDATE and ERROR counts and every row's result. Nothing is created or published by upload.
- Correct errors and upload again, or explicitly confirm the ready rows. Invalid rows appear as Skipped. New listings default to drafts; active rows may publish after confirmation.
- Keep the page open while batches run. If interrupted, open Recent imports and Resume Import. Imports expire after 24 hours. Results remain available for up to 90 days.
Limits: 500 rows, 2 MB, 80 columns and 20 new imports per seller per day. Re-uploading the same file returns its existing import to prevent duplicate creation. A listing changed since export fails safely; export it again before retrying.
Supported listings
Manual-delivery Accounts, Items, Currency, Top-ups, Subscriptions, Gift Cards and Services are supported where enabled and approved. All normal listing rules still apply, including Elder Seller rules, inventory reservations, content policy and publication restrictions.
Boosting requests/offers use their existing workflow and cannot be imported as listings. Automatic-delivery listings and credentials stay in the listing editor and secure inventory tools. CSV exports exclude automatic-delivery and archived listings. Images stay unchanged on updates; add images to new listings in the editor.

Add attribute:field_key columns for game-specific details, such as attribute:account_level, attribute:server or attribute:transfer_method. The template selector shows accepted field keys and values. Select values accept canonical values or exact display labels (case insensitive). Boolean values accept Yes/No or true/false. Separate multiple selections with |. Blank attribute cells remove that attribute on updates; required attributes cannot be removed. Do not include passwords, login credentials, redeemable codes or API keys.

Export, edit and re-import
Export CSV downloads up to 500 manual-delivery listings per page. Download subsequent pages for larger inventories. Keep listing_id and listing_version unchanged, edit supported fields, then upload and review. Clear both identifiers only when deliberately creating a new listing. Never copy another seller's identifier.
Stock means orders available for fixed packages and transferable units for Currency. Setting stock to zero may mark an active listing Sold; restocking a sold manual listing may reactivate it under normal inventory rules. CSV cannot override reserved orders. To pause or publish an existing listing, use its listing controls.
Formula-like values are prefixed with an apostrophe in exports to protect spreadsheets. The importer removes that transport escape on re-import. Keep text cells as text. Exported IDs and versions are essential for safe updates.
