How buying works
Every purchase is protected by escrow โ your payment is held until you have what you ordered.
The basic flow
- Find what you need. Browse listings for accounts, currency, and items, or post a boosting request describing exactly what you want done.
- Place the order.Buy a listing directly, or accept a booster's offer on your request. At checkout you'll see the subtotal, any balance you apply, the service fee, and the total.
- Your payment is held in escrow. The seller doesn't get paid yet โ your money is held safely while the order is worked on and delivered.
- The seller delivers. For a listing, that's the account details or items; for a boost, it's completing the service. You can message the seller throughout.
- You confirm.Once you've received and checked everything, confirm the order. Only then are the funds released to the seller.
Paying for your order
You can pay with a card, and โ if you have credit โ apply your PlayerVault balance:
- Pay entirely by card, entirely from balance, or a mix of both.
- The service fee (5% + $0.30) applies only to the card portion; balance you spend is fee-free. Details on the buyer service fee page.
Escrow & confirming delivery
Escrow is what makes buying safe: the seller is only paid after the order is completed. If you don't confirm within a few days of delivery, the order auto-completes so sellers aren't left waiting โ so always check your order promptly and reach out if anything is off.
Something wrong with your order?
Don't confirm it. Message the seller first, and if you can't resolve it, open a dispute so our team can step in.
