Seller Protection

How Seller Protection works
Before you deliver, the buyer's payment is already captured and held in escrow by PlayerVault — so you never deliver to an unfunded order. When the order completes, your earnings are released to your balance. Selling within our rules keeps you eligible for protection if a buyer raises a claim.
Deliver safely — keep evidence
- Deliver only through PlayerVault and keep the conversation on-platform.
- Save proof of delivery: screenshots, timestamps, and any confirmation from the buyer.
- For boosting, keep gameplay/progress evidence as you go.
Clear delivery evidence is your strongest protection if an order is disputed.
Disputes & chargebacks
If a buyer opens a dispute, PlayerVault reviews the order and the evidence from both sides before deciding. When you've delivered as described and can show it, that evidence protects you. We also review payment chargebacks and represent legitimate, well-documented orders.
Getting paid
- Earnings move from pending to available once the order completes.
- Withdraw available earnings to your saved payout method from your wallet.
- Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal to keep payouts secure.

Your responsibilities
Protection depends on selling honestly and within the rules. You must deliver exactly what you listed, respond to buyers promptly, and follow the marketplace rules and seller terms. Fraud, off-platform deals, or misrepresented listings void protection and may result in account action.
