There are currently no game-specific lower seller-fee rates. Manual delivery, automatic delivery, website-created listings, and Seller API-created listings use the rate for their category.
How the fee is calculated
The fee is calculated on the order subtotal—the price of the listing or accepted boosting offer. It is deducted before the seller's earnings are credited. The buyer's service fee is added separately and does not reduce the seller payout.
Examples on a $100 subtotal
A standard fixed-price sale has a $9 seller fee and a $91 seller payout. A boosting service has an $8 seller fee and a $92 seller payout. A qualifying Elder sale for that game has no seller fee, so the payout is $100.Elder seller fees
A seller with valid Elder status pays a 0% seller fee only for sales in the applicable Elder game. Elder status for one game does not change fees in another game.
Order fee records
The applicable rate and fee are saved with each order when checkout is created. A later fee change does not reprice an order that already has a valid fee snapshot. If the fee on a specific order looks wrong, contact support.
