Seller API & developer documentation
An integration available by request to approved sellers who manage listings and orders at scale.
Access is not automatic
Seller API access is available to approved sellers by request. Submit a Support Ticket to request access. Once enabled, create and manage your API key in the Developer API area.API access is optional for ordinary inventory
You can set the number of times a manual listing may be purchased directly through the normal listing form using Orders available. CSV Bulk Import / Export supports spreadsheet-based creation and updates without API access. Seller API access is intended for massive inventory, automated synchronization and external software integrations. What the API supports
- Read, create, and update fixed-price listings within your approved games and categories.
- Set the number of orders available for manual listings.
- Upload, list/read, and remove up to five listing images through PlayerVault. External image URLs (including Imgur) are not supported; upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP files instead.
- Replace encrypted automatic-delivery inventory and read availability counts.
- Read your orders and receive signed webhook notifications for supported order events.
What still happens in PlayerVault
The Seller API does not provide payout, identity-verification, support, messaging, or administrative controls. Use the PlayerVault seller account for those tasks. API actions also follow the same seller approvals, listing statuses, game/category availability, active-order protections, and rate limits as the rest of the marketplace.
Developer documentation
If API access is enabled for your seller account, open the Seller API documentation for authentication, endpoints, limits, webhook verification, and examples. For general listing behavior, read Creating & managing listings.
