Automatic delivery
Save private delivery details that PlayerVault releases to the buyer after successful payment.
How it works
- Choose automatic delivery and save the delivery details for the listing.
- PlayerVault keeps those details private; they are not shown on the public listing.
- After a buyer pays successfully, one available entry is reserved and delivered for that order.
- The listing stays active while another entry remains, and becomes Sold after the final entry is used.
Availability and inventory
Each unused delivery entry equals one order available. The seller website saves one entry for a listing. Sellers with separately approved Seller API access can provide multiple entries.
Replacing is not adding
When you replace automatic-delivery inventory, PlayerVault retires the unused entries already saved and uses the replacement set. Check the new count before reactivating the listing.When changes are blocked
- An automatic-delivery listing cannot be activated with no available entry.
- Inventory and the delivery method cannot be changed while the listing has an active order.
- Sold and Archived listings cannot accept replacement inventory.
- A Sold listing cannot currently be replenished or reactivated. Create a new listing instead. See Creating & managing listings for all listing statuses.
