DMCA Policy

PlayerVault LLC, doing business as PlayerVault, respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to sufficiently complete notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

If you believe content on PlayerVault infringes your copyright, send a written notice through the copyright-reporting channel below that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly making a material misrepresentation may expose you to liability.

Provide all required information so we can review the notice promptly. This website reporting channel does not itself represent that a U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration has been completed.

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, a federal district court where PlayerVault may be found, and acceptance of service from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action.

PlayerVault maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content and take other action at our discretion consistent with our Terms of Service.
