Counter-Strike 2 ranks you two ways. Premier uses a single number, CS Rating (CSR) — win to push it up, and your medal changes color as it climbs. Competitive ranks you per map with classic Skill Groups, 18 of them from Silver I up to The Global Elite.
In Premier your CS Rating is a number that goes up with wins and down with losses. The medal's color rises with your rating — from gray at the low end through blue, purple, pink, and red, up to gold at the very top. You need 25 Premier wins and an active rating to earn a seasonal medal.
