What's new in Apex — the Overclocked season, the new Skirmisher Axle, Conduit and Vantage updates, and the June midseason patch.
Apex Legends' current season is Overclocked, live since May 5, 2026. It added Axle, Deathbox Respawns, Chained Healing, and updates to Vantage and Conduit. Respawn posted the midseason notes June 22 and shipped the changes June 23.
Axle is a movement-heavy Skirmisher. Her Drift passive improves sliding, her Nitro Gate tactical creates high-speed routes for her team, and her Kickstart ultimate sends an enemy-seeking explosive drone that displaces and disorients its target.
